Cockpit, engine and airframe

Generally speaking, an aircraft may be broken down into a limit number of sub-assemblies: cell (fuselage, wings, tail unit), motor propulsion unit (engines), flight commands, on-board controls and internal or external loads. These elements, with a few exceptions, are present on all aircraft.
